The overall objective of the mission is to contribute for an improved efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of Community assistance in Chad through the conditions of employment and remuneration of staff working for EDF projects.
The specific objective is to update and simplify the specific laws regulating the employment and career development of the EDF projects’ staff, the method of adjustment of wages and to specify the relationship between remuneration/allowances and performance of projects’ staff.
