The Civil Society Organizations Support Program (PAOSC II) funded from the resources of the 10th EDF and those of other contributing countries (Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland) is part of a social and political context characterized by a long tradition of active engagement and exercise of citizenship of Malian civil society in the management of public space.
The Civil Society Organizations Support Program (PAOSC II) started in November 2011. The Financing Agreement was signed on November 23, 2011; the deadline for entering into contracts and program specifications is 22 November 2014; the operational implementation on March 23, 2017.
The overall objective of the program is to improve and develop the policies of the Government and its Financial and Technical Partners (TFP) in order to meet the needs of the population, especially the most vulnerable groups.
