This Technical Assistance has as main task to support national authorities and the project team in the decision process, implementation and monitoring of actions planned to achieve the program objectives. Transversally, the main objective of the program is to strengthen the ownership and participation of actors involved in the device in order to the AFIP outcome: 1. technical Ministry in charge (Ministry of National Education, Higher and Technical Education and Vocational Education), project manager for this project replicates the approach of motivation and supporting actors in the sector to promote the employment of young people; 2. training centers and, where appropriate, technical and vocational schools developing training projects in partnership with the productive sector that meets the needs and integration capabilities in their respective employment area; 3. the productive sector recognizes the value of the device and actively participates, including its founding.
