Entra 21 is one of the second generation employment and training programs for young people. It is carried out in a particularly dynamic economic area (with a strong integration of information technology and communication) from the demand point of view. It finds answers that combine professional with personal and social training, according to the needs of the companies interested in improving its human resources. From these data, the second phase of Entra 21 is trying to reach vulnerable young people (focusing on those who face greater difficulties) and at the same time to sustain the formulation of public policies on a larger scale, which reflect the results achieved in the two phases of development; this interim evaluation is a good opportunity to verify (at least temporarily) if those objectives have been achieved and to what extent.
