The project's overall objective is to define the strategy of development and evolution of the Chamber of Accounts with regard to its missions, its organization, its activities and working methods, to give greater efficiency to this jurisdiction.
The specific objectives of the mission are:
1. Definition of a control strategy;
2. Defining a strategy to establish regional courts of accounts;
3. Defining methods and work tools to put in place;
4. Definition of a working method to strengthen the role of assisting the Chamber in relation to the executive power and the Parliament;
5. Identification of any difficulties which hinder the normal functioning of the Chamber of Accounts and formulation of recommendations;
6. Determining the numbers and qualifications of personnel,magistrates and not at medium and long term;
7. Definition of improvements to the working conditions of staff.
