The study aims at developing a series of community profiles in three provinces amongst sample communities (the sampling exercise being the object of a separate previous contract). Each profile will look at the situation of a specific community with an emphasis on understanding the reasons hampering the delivery of effective services or access to redress mechanisms for socio-economic rights. The data analysis at community level will allow the CSAP programme coordination Unit to identify potential issues and resources existing at provincial or national level for later advocacy work.
