There is a need to conduct a more comprehensive study on the image of and the level of awareness, perception, knowledge, and attitude towards development and economic co-operation programmes of the various stakeholders (from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) of the Delegation of the European Commission of the Philippines. The study will involve representative sampling from all major stakeholders of the Delegation: media, business, partners of our projects, government organisations and non-government organisations and civil society groups.Based on these findings, a visibility strategy will be undertaken to ensure that maximum communication objectives of the Delegation of the European Commission to the Philippines are reached.
