Technical assistance is provided in order to:
-assist the Moldavian authorities in making best use of its Presidency of the CoE;
-co-ordinate preparations for assuming the Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the CoE;
-strengthen the institutional and human resources capacity of the MFA and associated bodies involved in CoE activities;
-co-ordinate the dissemination of information, the raising of domestic public awareness and increasing the international profile of Moldova during its tenure of the Presidency;
-ensure that during its tenure of the Presidency, the MFA is able to co-ordinate efficiently and effectively the work of the different institutional levels of the CoE and to establish and maintain productive working relationships with Member States
