Evaluation of EU-Community Stabilisation Programme in Kosovo
JOB / DESCRIPTION DU TRAVAILLE
POSITION:A team of between two (2) and three (3) key experts is expected. One member of the evaluation team will be appointed as Team Leader. The minimum requirements of the team of key experts for this contract are as follows.

STARTING DATE / DATE DE DEMARRAGE: 16/10/2017
DURATION / DUREE: Maximum duration of the assignment: 3 calendar months (including time for finalising the final report). At least 50 working days (for the team) should be foreseen for this assignment.
It is assumed that the consultants will work on the basis of a five-day week.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE / OBJECTIVE GENERAL:

QUALIFICATION: • Experience in at least three (3) evaluations covering areas (separately or jointly) of social inclusion, ethnic minority rights and employment generation;
• At least one member of the team: 10 years of experience in social inclusion
• At least one member of the team: 5 years of experience in in the field of ethnic minorities' integration and socio-economic development
• Fluency in English both written and oral.
