The subject of this project is to provide expert assistance to the European Commission for the implementation of activities prior the commencement of the project on "Inclusive Education for Children with Special needs in Uzbekistan" foreseen by the end of 2011. The global objective is to initiate a participatory process to highlight key issues and challenges in inclusive education for children with special needs. The specific objective is to prepare an Inclusive Education Roadmap as a starting point for the upcoming project on Inclusive Education for Children with Special Needs in Uzbekistan.
