The global objective of this project is to assist The Ministry of Justice as the beneficiary of the project, in legal and administrative reforms in order to improve governance and strengthen the rule of law in Georgia. The specific objective of this contract will be to assist the Group in the establishment of an Implementation Plan of Criminal Justice System Reform.All services under this project are provided in agreement with the Ministry of Justice Official nominated as Partner in this project and the Team Leader of this project as well as in close cooperation with EC Delegation and the 2 rule of law experts under the EUSR on the ground. The project aims at providing direct assistance to the drafting of the Implementation Plan, assisting the Steering Group and the Subgroups in the evaluation of the impact of planned changes on the institutional structure and systems reforms under way.
