The overall objective of the mission is to support Benin in starting the implementation of RePaSoC by providing technical and institutional support to stakeholders, namely the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the House of Civil Society, the German Cooperation (GIZ), CSOs and the Delegation to the European Union for the launch of the program.

The specific objectives of the mission are:

1. support the Ministry of the Economy and Finance in the preparation of services tender dossier for the recruitment of consultancy for a long-term Technical Assistance on the RePaSoC;
2. support the launch of the implementation of the institutional support component led by the Ministry of Justice through the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society through a program estimate;
3. support Civil Society House and GIZ in developing their action plan in order to finalize the formulation and contractualisation of their direct attribution grant;
4. organize departmental workshops and produce synthesis of guidelines with CSOs for the formulation of the draft guidelines for calls for proposals on component 3.

Support the EU Delegation in Benin and the MS present in Benin for the coordination, monitoring and updating of the Roadmap to support civil society.
