The project is finalized to present a full specification for development of a national visa management IT system, compliant with recognised international standards and the national Integrated Border Management strategy. It also aims to present technical specification documentation and recommendations which would result in functional deployment of the developed system. The overall objective of the mission is to present example international best practice on the subject, conduct a gap-analysis, and present full technical recommendations for design, development and deployment of a national visa management system, taking full account of required standards of functionality, reliability and data security.
