The specific objective is to evaluate, the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the project "Support to free movement of persons and migration in West Africa". A specific focus is kept on the provision of recommendations and advices on possible improvements for the implementation.

The main outputs required were two:

1.       An Evaluation report. This document included the assessment of the following elements:

- Relevance ;

- Effectiveness;

- Efficiency;

- Means and costs involved;

- Sustainability in the implementation of the project.

2.       An in-depth analysis of the problems & operational recommendations, encompassig:

-        Identification of bottlenecks and problems;

-        Recommendation corresponding to each problem identified ;

-        Concrete modifications in the design and log frame, such as fine tuning of outcomes, activities and indicators.
