The global objective of this assignment is to improve EU policy and programming decisions in the field of child rights and child protection in Egypt, to provide accountability on outcomes and impact of former EU assistance actions and to increase EU visibility.

The specific objective is to analyze thoroughly the child rights and child protection sector in Egypt and the EU engagement in this field in order to identify specific actions for future programming with a view to improving the impact of EU support to the sector and strengthen the role of the EU as an important player with a specific added-value in the area.
