This assignment provided technical expertise to assist Independent Electoral Commission in putting in place a systematic process that would ensure anticipation of the occurrence of risks caused by internal or external factors which could affect or prevent the achievement of peaceful, free and fair elections. The global objective of this assignment was to contribute to upholding the rights of the people of Lesotho in selecting its representatives in a free and fair way. The specific objective of this assignment was to assist the Independent Election Commission to ensure free and fair election.
