The Global objective of this assignment is to support the NAO and the EU Delegation in the formulation of a project to support the NAO function in Liberia, to be funded under the 11th European Development Fund. Identify capacity needs and constraints in the performance of the NAO functions in Liberia; 3. Prepare the project formulation documents for support to the NAO function in Liberia
