The overall objective of the mission is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of investments financed by EDF in Chad and their impact on inclusive development of the country in implementing the aim of the Cotonou Partnership Agreement and commitments of the European Union to improve the aid effectiveness. The specific objective of the mission is to identify and formulate a support project to NAO funded under the 11th EDF, after performing a diagnostic analysis of previous and current support to NAO in the context of Chad .
