Turkey is participating to the EU Education and Youth Programmes since 2004. Lifelong Learning Programme and Youth in Action Programme are two main Community programmes under this scheme in which Turkey participates. Aim of the programmes is to raise the awareness for an intercultural Europe, where differences are respected, information and experiences are easily transferred between the people. The programmes also help for a common understanding on being active citizens and European citizenship also. In general the programmes are aiming to establish a close relation between individuals and organizations in youth and education fields of the programme countries. This project is providing promotional services and materials related to information and dissemination activities of LLP and YiA programmes under the main classification of publications, web sites and promotional materials covering related issues like technical qualifications, design, multilingualism, distribution, time management, copyright management, content management, accessibility, reaching target groups, use of ICT etc. The overall objective is to: a) Reaching out to different target groups b) Repositioning and Strengthening corporate identity c) Integrated and Layered Product Range (periodicals, books and web sites) d) Programme focused objectives (publicizing and raising awareness about the programmes, informing, guiding the related parties, disseminating the results and products of projects implemented, exploitation of results) e) Cost effectiveness, comprehensive distribution and accessibility f) Electronic publishing The specific objectives are to: - Establish an effective distribution and accessibility strategy - Meet Web 2.0 standards - Interdependency and seamless integration of web sites - Ensure quality management - Ensure Visibility rules
