The National Program of Direct Support to the Very Poor - JUNTOS, has redesigned its operational processes as part of the continuous improvement program to enable the achievement of the objectives from the point of view of care recipients as the fulfilment of operational goals proposals. The SITC-JUNTOS is an information system for the integrated management of the program JUNTOS, meaning monitoring the operation and related instruments such as: focus / recertification, evaluation of tenders, supervision of responsibilities, transfer of monetary incentive, customer service, monitoring and evaluation, management support, interfaces for data loading and reporting. The information system has provided the following general functions: a. Load information between the various entities that interact operationally with the program in different processes, among others: Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Household Targeting System - SISFOH, Statistics and Census, in different formats which are: fingering, flat files and transmitting information through electronic mechanisms. b. Rely on the system update information in real time so that the management information needed to manage the program is constantly updated. c. Generation of reports necessary for management, monitoring and control of the program. d. Participate in the integration and training of the staff that will utilize the application and will be responsible for its operation. DEVELOPMENT MODULE This module allows the management of information to families as the characteristics of the training and all the variables that determine the eligibility for this program or not. EVALUATION OF THE OFFER MODULE This module used to define the maps of the area of influence as well as recording and evaluation of the ability of suppliers of services to the Expression of Interest "Nutrition and Health Education - Support Project management and Budget for the results." JOINING MODULE This module allows the recording information of selected families for this process considering different formats such as the digitization of information at or through the Internet, data loading, etc.. CO-RESPONSIBILITY HEALTH / NUTRITION, EDUCATION MODULE Using this feature the tool should allow recording the conformity of co-responsibility in health / nutrition, education and family support areas at each family member as well as specific definitions, design parameters of in terms of responsibilities of variables, frequency of reporting, performance, compliance with rules and exceptions. TRANSFER OF INCENTIVE MODULE During the execution of the transfer process of the service, this module allows to generate information for the selection of families eligible to receive an incentive keeping all payments data for each family so this should permit the generation of this information in different formats and in both directions of input and output data USER SERVICES MODULE The information system should allow continuous updating of all data about families, and the registration of claims of families and the relative solutions, leaving the historical data of each event. This function should permit the inputs and outputs of information in different formats, online or downloading files. MONITORING AND EVALUATION MODULE This module allows, according to respective monitoring and evaluation policy, the registration of graphics and the results list of program processes in time and space (geographical) frame to obtain figures of management and administration of the program. PARAMETERS / TEACHERS MODULE This module allows the creation, administration and configuration of teachers, including the level of: concept parameters of the SITC, payment cycles, types of transfer institutions. The States, health care facilities, educational institutions, payment institutions, eligibility criteria. USERS MODULE This module permit creation, management and configuration of profiles and users.
