The global objective of the project is to achieve effective communication of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development (OPHRD) 2007 – 2013 in order to increase the awareness of the public regarding the EU financial assistance in the country in the field of human resources development. Specific project objectives are: - Revision/ update of the Communication Action Plan for OPHRD 2007-2013, that will cover activities connected to publicity/ visibility and information of the OPHRD; - Implementation of the Detailed Plan of Communication Activities in an effective and efficient manner; - Support to Operating Structure for Human Resources Development Component of IPA in terms of publicity /visibility and communication.
