The overall objective of the Project was to support throughout diffusion of information; the institutional and social strengthening of the State, the citizenship empowerment and the creation of social capital process in Paraguay. The Specific objective pursued to increase the social, politic and economic impact of the Public Administration Modernization Project, through de production and distribution of graphic and audio visual material, according with the current strategy of communication. - Design and execution of a Promotional and presentation Campaign of the MAP Project with the participation of the Technical Unit for Public Administration modernization addressed to Ministries and its functional dependencies with some level of autarchy; public bodies of Legislative and Judicial Power; municipal organisms, social and economic organizations involved in the modernization and reform of State; sectorial and professional bodies, consumers organizations and media mass and citizen interested as well. - Design and execution of a Campaign of Information related to the Updating process of the Catalog of procedures and new digital services addressed to general public users. - Design and execution of a Campaign of divulgation of the Initiative of Law of Administrative Process and the Ethic Code, addressed to lawmakers, professional associations, civil servants, academic and social organizations, linked to the public administration. - Design and execution of a Campaign of advertising of Training and sensitiveness activities performed within the framework of the MAP Project (addressed to civil servants, civil society organizations, Represent ants of professional bodies and sectorial and economic organizations as well. - Design and execution of a Campaign of advertising support to the activities of simplification of procedures. - Design and execution of a massive information Campaign on the starting of activities and services of the Information and Citizenship attention. - Design and execution of a massive information Campaign on the starting of activities and services of the Call Centre.
