The overall objective of the assignment is to support the Government of PNG in achieving its water supply and sanitation, hygiene behaviour change targets consistent with the Medium Term Development Plan and PNG Strategic Development Plan through the implementation of the National WASH Policy. The specific objectives of this assignment are 1) to develop a 5 year Wash Strategy for rolling out Policy implementation and 2) to prepare a National Communication Strategy for the new National WaSH Policy
