A multidisciplinary team of the Tourism and Cultural Authority of Abu Dhabi is working in the elaboration of the three first sections of the CMP, these being Site Understanding, Site analysis and Significance Assessment. The objective of this assignment is "the preparation of a conservation management plan (CMP) and design schematics for the conservation, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the house" in close cooperation with the TCA Abu Dhabi.
