The present building is mainly used as a theatre and it has two floors with a cafeteria, administration, rehearsal room, storages, theatre hall with 440 seats, the backstage, information desk, toilets and lobby at the ground floor and just few rooms in the 2nd floor. The request is to design, in the same place a new folk hall building with modern standards but considering the outline of typical Erbil buildings.
