Projects evaluated during the mission were as follows: 1. " Response to population emergency in the province of Herat and surrounding area," Afghanistan, € 2,500,000. 2. "Emergency Initiative for vulnerable populations in response to natural disasters," Afghanistan, € 4.5 million. 3. "Emergency Initiative for the rehabilitation and development of the country most disadvantaged areas. ROSS Phase II ", Lebanon, € 2,350,000. 4. "Emergency Initiative for rehabilitation and development of the poorer areas of the country. ROSS phase III ", Lebanon. The experts conducted an independent evaluation, following the criterion of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and project sustainability. Also the validity and the consistency of the design project was taken into consideration.
