The church of S. Ambrogio ad Nemus is located in Milan city centre and being founded in the IV century is probably the most ancient religious site of the region. The building showed remarkable deteriorations on the roof and few problems of dump and surface conservations. The aim of project was the complete restoration and rehabilitation. The services provided are accomplished in 2 phases: Design phase, which covers the preliminary, final design and engineering detailed drawings of the project of the rehabilitation and restoration project which covers the development of a concept of conservation in line with internationally adopted standards, the final design, working drawings, technical specifications, costs estimates. Supervision phase, which covers the supervision of the works including, among others, inspection, checking, and testing of workmanship and materials, to ensure proper construction and administration of the works. Post-construction, which covers the project closing.
