The aim is to fund actions which support the cultural and creative industries with a view to promote and strengthen the capacity of the Tanzanian cultural sector. The objective of the assignment is to assist the Evaluation Committee composed of European Union Delegation as well as Government of Tanzania representatives, 1. to assess the technical and financial quality of the project proposals (both concept notes and full applications), 2. to carry out the administrative tasks related to the assessment of these proposals (opening, administrative and eligibility checks, drafting of letters to applicants).
