The global objective of the assignment is to contribute to the successful implementation of the Revised Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the implementation of Annex VII of the Dayton Peace Agreement. The specific objective is to define and prepare Call for Proposals for Annex VII Implementation Strategy which should address the needs of the targeted beneficiaries as well as of the Local authorities at different levels.
