The general objective of the Programme is to improve the capacities to access to the world of work for young people and young adults of the most vulnerable sectors in Argentina; promote the completion of secondary education and job training for young people between 18 and 29 years, improving the access to quality offers; teach ICT to trainers for Lifelong Education for Young People and Adults and vocational training teacher in Misiones, Corrientes, Entre Rios, Formosa and Chaco - Zone 1.
