The general objective of the Technical Assistance is to develop the capacity of the Water Sector Coordination Unit (WSCU) to coordinate and monitor the performance of the water sector, provide leadership in sector orientation including the policy and institutional framework and to provide targeted assistance and advice to achieve the objectives of the sector.
