The overall objective of the intervention is to contribute to the identification of an important social project in Angola. The specific objective is to: - identify and define the main vulnerable groups in Angola, - describe the social security systems and the existing transfer programs. - examine the relevance of developing a pilot approach - identify actions relevant to the context. (based on the analysis, it is expected to identify the main axes of intervention support program that are consistent with the priorities for the sector and the principles of intervention / support from the EU in this area).
