The overall objective of the evaluation is to assess to what extent the EDF9 Education and Training Sector Policy Support Programme and the performance so far of the on-going EDF10 Human Resource Development Sector Policy Support Programme have successfully given means to the Botswana Government to implement its national strategy and enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of its policies, strategies, and spending actions to achieve sustainable outcomes and impacts on growth and development. The assignment is also to put forward recommendations on any follow-up actions or issues to be addressed in on-going and/or future budget support operations.
