The objective of the service is to compile and carryout municipal asset inventory and to prepare asset management plan. The proposed asset management plan will include: - The major infrastructure assets in the city. - Estimates of the residual cost/worth of an asset; costs/replacement rates. - Assessments of the condition of assets. - Estimates of the short and medium term demand for infrastructure investments. - Estimates of the operations and maintenance costs of existing and new infrastructure. - An implementation strategy for the asset management plan.
