The overall objective of the Project is to support Government's efforts to facilitate access to justice for the population of Eritrea and to improve the services provided by the Community Courts in Eritrea. The specific objectives are to: - Ensure the required support to the project management and implementation. - Ensure adequate institutional capacity development of the Ministry of Justice generally and specifically of the Community Courts Coordinating Offices and the Statistical Department.
