The overall objective of the Program is to contribute to sustainable development and structuring of film and audiovisual industries in ACP countries so that they can better create and disseminate their own images and to allow a greater promotion of cultural diversity, of setting value of ACP cultural identities and of intercultural dialogue. The specific objectives are to strengthen the capacity of film and audiovisual industries in ACP countries, as well as improve the circulation of cinematographic and audiovisual ACP at intra-ACP level (primarily) in the EU and at international one, particularly South-South.
