The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows: To improve the quality of life of the people in Kenya, especially the poor, marginalised and vulnerable, in enabling all sections of society to have a voice in national development policies, thus enhancing local ownership of development programmes. The purpose of this contract is to strengthen mechanisms, networks and capacity for a deepening and broadening of NSA involvement in development processes.
