Since 2009, Jordan is benefitting from the Non state Actors and Local Authorities Programme (NSA-LA), targeting poverty alleviation through enhanced cooperation between non state actors and local authorities. The Overall objective of the service contract is to improve the impact of the NSA-LA Programme in Jordan. The specific objectives are the following: 1) To improve the capacity of awarded organizations to manage and give adequate visibility to NSA-LA projects; 2) To improve the outreach of the programme through better capacity of potential applicants to access EC grants.
