The overall objective of the programme is contributing to the successful implementation of the Government of Jamaica's National Development Strategy through the support of sound programmes with Non-State Actors financed by the European Development Fund (EDF); and facilitating a more coherent and informed approach to development and trade issues on the side of civil society in Jamaica. The specific objective is to design and develop a programme of support to NSA's such that there is a direct impact on communities, consistent with the Government of Jamaica's strategic goals.
