The specific objective of the new 10 EDF program in the field of Culture – namely the Support Programme to Economic and Social Development of Culture (PADESC) - is to contribute to the issues related to the economic sectors that generate employment and income in the cultural sectors in Mali to enhance the potential of Culture and optimize the role of Culture in economic and social development. The objective of the mission is a mid-term review of the Financial Agreement of PADESC programme and the formulation of recommendations for the implementation of the program and the development of the second phase of the programme.
