The overall objective is to contribute to the results of these programs through the rehabilitation / construction of a number of public administration infrastructures in the process of decentralization and under the administration of justice in DRC. The specific objective is to assist the WFD in the following activities prior to the implementation of the part concerning the rehabilitation / construction projects: - Identification of the real estate in the two provinces - Identification of needs - Prior Project Summary - Establishment of Tender Dossier for engineering and monitoring / supervision of works.
