The global objective of the assignment is to promote Turkish education system by increasing primary school attendance rates, supporting the system with an approach for gender equality and preventing violence against children. The specific objective is preparation of three ToRs for projects named as: 1. “Increasing Primary School Attendance Rate of Children”. The overall objective of this project is to increase the attendance rates for 8 years compulsory primary education in Turkey. 2. “Fight Against Violence Towards Children”. The overall objective is to contribute to the protection of children against all forms of violence of a physical, emotional, verbal and psychological nature to attain high level of health protection, well being and social cohesion. 3. “Promoting Gender Equality in Education”. The objective of this project is to promote gender equality for girls and boys in schools and equality and gender sensitive approach throughout the education system
