The overall objective of this mission is to analyse the eligibility criteria of assessing the Secondary Education Sector policy, strategy and programme for sector budget support to Government of India. This assessment is part of the formulation process that informed the finalisation of a Sector budget support to Secondary Education by the EU Delegation. The specific objectives of the mission have been for the expert to provide all relevant information and recommendations required to formulate the Action Fiche and the Technical and Administrative Provisions, including a logical framework to be presented for EU-internal approval of the programme in January 2011.
