In the early 2000s, the Government of Morocco has identified three areas of particular growth-and employment as part of the strategy of economic development. This is the "tourism and hospitality", "textiles and clothing" and "new information technologies and communication". The overall objective of the program has been to achieve the sector development strategies implemented by the Moroccan authorities and the professional sectors and improve the competitiveness of Moroccan enterprises in the sectors concerned in view of the zone of Free Trade. The specific objective has been for each of the three sectors to improve the quality of production and management skills.
