This project aims to identify and formulate a consistent set of activities to contribute to an effective judiciary in line with the Egyptian reform priorities: to ensure the constitutional right of its citizens to have free access to the judicial system and to guarantee its effective and transparent administration. The project also include measures to consolidate and reinforce the cooperation between Egypt and the EU on management of migration flows, both legal and illegal as well as on foreign and security policy, combating terrorism, organised crime, trafficking and smuggling of narcotics and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
