The global objective is to contribute to the development of the media sector in Montenegro. The specific objective is to provide technical assistance to the Radio Television of Montenegro (the Beneficiary) in the tender process for supply of equipment under the IPA 2008 Annual Programme. The Consultant provided assistance to the beneficiary for the following tasks: • Revise the existing draft Technical Specifications and Forecast for supply of Tapeless Newsroom Storage and Playout System for the RTCG in the process of digitalization of this institution and transformation to Public Service Broadcaster (PSB); • Technical Assistance in drafting the Procurement notice for the supply of the equipment for the Beneficiary; • Assistance to the beneficiary in providing clarifications on the questions raised by potential bidders upon the publication of the procurement notice; • Technical assistance and advises in the evaluation of the offers.
