The objective of the overall programme is to support democratic governance in Yemen through strengthening the institutional and administrative capacities of Parliament and parliamentarians to effectively execute their duties and represent the interests of their constituents. The specific objective of this assignment is to undertake a needs analysis of the Parliament (both in terms of equipment and training needs; in close coordination with other support provided by other donors) as well as prepare the relevant tender dossiers for supplies and technical assistance foreseen under the project.
