The main purpose of this project is to establish group of well trained program developers in Ministry of Interior which will be able to develop additional functionalities in NBMIS application using source code and to be able independently maintain NBMIS application in operational condition. The specific objectives of this contract are as follows: • Certified persons in the Java Programming Language identify skill gaps of MoI JAVA developers. The purpose of a Skills Gap Analysis is to identify the skills a person needs but does not have in order to carry out their work effectively. • Certified persons in the Java Programming Language provide training for MoI developers from classroom-based learning and hands-on custom workshops to self-study courses, skills transfer and mentoring.
