The project foresees the recruitment of IT integrated solutions and compatible systems among the States Parties of MERCOSUR and also include training, consultancy and local support in each country. The purpose of the mission is to support and advise the Project Management Entity SMM and other institutions involved in identifying needs of computerization in the bidding and selection of appropriate tools for the whole process of design, validation and Management statistics.
