The main objective of the mission is to support the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Political Affairs, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), in close collaboration with the Delegation of the European Commission in monitoring and conduct operations for the revision and modernization of the electoral register and for the organisation of legislative elections. The secondary objective is to assist the INEC in the implementation of activities financed by the grant of the European Commission and thus contribute to the good conduct of the elections.
